How does the camera-blocking sleeve work?
Our sleeves feature a light-blocking pouch that covers the phone's cameras while keeping the screen visible through a clear window. Guests can still receive calls and check notifications, but cannot take photos or videos.
Can guests still use their phones?
Yes. Guests can see their screen, answer calls, and use non-camera functions. If they need emergency access to the camera, our on-site team can assist immediately.
What's the damage or loss policy?
We maintain a 100% recovery rate. Each sleeve is tracked. In the rare case of damage, there is a small replacement fee outlined in your service agreement. Loss is covered under our standard event insurance.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance for standard events. For large-scale events (500+ guests), 6-8 weeks is ideal. Rush bookings may be available — contact us to check availability.
